Kiwi Kai Nelson prepare and produce nourishing and finely balanced kai with exotic tastes and textures .....we create almost anything with a strong emphasis on indigenous fusion & seafood - what our tupuna lived on. Fresh produce, kaimoana, quality meats and poultry are sourced, organic when we can. We strive to deliver the healthiest foods for the well being of our guests and clients. No added preservatives, additives, colourings, artificial sweeteners are used. We work on a premise of 4 ingredients or less for each dish and all must be as natural as possible, which you will find throughout our catering and retail products.

Reni Wereta-Gargiulo (NZ DipBus) has a diverse background in marketing, promotion, business administration and tourism to mention a few. Entrepreneurial skills inherited from ancestors on her mother’s side (O’Carroll) coupled with her Maori values and heritage of Ngati Ruanui, Nga Rauru Kitahi, Te Atiawa on her father’s side are the strong foundation that drive her passion for business. These two lineages together and a love for seafood have developed Kiwi Kai.
